1. Conduct individual counseling sessions to address clients' emotional, mental, and behavioral concerns.
2. Facilitate group counseling sessions to promote personal growth, skill-building, and mutual support.
3. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
4. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions to assist clients in resolving issues and achieving positive outcomes.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic client care.
7. Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when necessary.
8. Stay updated with current research, best practices, and ethical guidelines related to counseling.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field from a recognized university.
2. Candidates having a RCI license (preferred).
3. Minimum 1 year of field experience.
4. Demonstrated experience in providing counseling services to diverse populations, such as children, adolescents, adults, or specific client groups (e.g., trauma survivors, substance abuse, couples).
5. Proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, or solution-focused brief therapy.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and empathy.
7. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
8. Knowledge of ethical guidelines and standards in counseling.
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
